These terms apply when you use the FMGE Boosters website and mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service offers
FMGE Boosters helps foreign medical graduates prepare for the FMGE. Depending on the plans you hold, the service includes:
- Grand Tests and Test Series: timed tests in the FMGE format, with results and analytics.
- QBank: question bank practice sessions.
- Results and review of your answers.
- 1:1 mentoring sessions and mentorship plans, as described on our pricing page.
Our tests are practice (mock) tests. The questions are for practice only and must not be presumed to be sample questions of the actual exam.
Your account
- Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at [email protected].
Plans and payments
- Plans are bought on our website, at its checkout. Purchases are not made inside the mobile app.
- Online payments are processed by Cashfree. Your plan is activated after the payment succeeds.
- Each plan has its own validity period, shown on the pricing page when you buy. Plans do not renew automatically.
- We create a GST invoice for each online payment and email it to you.
- As stated on our pricing page, we do not offer refunds and all purchases are final. Please read the plan details before you pay.
Rules for tests and content
- Our tests and question content are confidential and proprietary to FMGE Boosters.
- You must not disclose, publish, reproduce or transmit a test or its content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means. This includes sharing with friends or other people, and sharing online or on social media (for example SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter or blogs), whether from your own account or from another account.
- Follow the instructions shown before and during each test, and behave properly while you take it.
- If you break these rules, your attempt can be cancelled and we can take further action as described in the test instructions.
Intellectual property
The tests, questions, explanations, results and other content in the service belong to FMGE Boosters. Your plan gives you access to use them for your own preparation. It does not give you ownership of them or any right to copy or share them.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of interruptions. We may take it offline for maintenance or changes.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete account) or by writing to [email protected]. After deletion you can no longer sign in.
- When you delete your account, we keep the payment records and GST invoices that the law requires us to keep. What we remove and what we keep is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version and the date shown with this document tell you which version applies. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
